Royalty Program
Agreement Terms
The Royalty Program Account is provided to the client for a fixed term of 12 months from the date of acquisition. At the end of this period, ownership of the Royalty Program Account will revert to Kingo, and the client will be refunded the full amount originally paid for the program. This refund will be issued via e-transfer within two weeks following the conclusion of the agreement period.
Royalty Program Refund Policy
The client retains the right to request a refund of the amount paid for the Royalty Program within the 12-month period. However, any royalties already paid to the client will be deducted from the original cost of the Royalty Program.
Example:
If the client paid $2,500 for the Royalty Program and, after three months, requested a refund, having already received $1,000 in royalties, the refund amount would be $1,500 ($2,500 - $1,000).
Refunds will be processed and disbursed within 30 days after the refund request has been successfully processed.
Additionally, the client will retain lifetime access to their personalized referral link after the 12 month period but not before, allowing them to continue building a network and earning commissions through referrals.
